We had a very rocky start after purchasing a Honda Odyssey from this dealership. While I have been incredibly disappointed with our post-sale experience, management has recently stepped up to resolve the issues. For context, here is a summary of the issues we experienced after the sale: * Delays & Poor Communication: Before I took possession they needed to complete a liftgate repair. I took a day off work to pick it up on the promised day, but it wasn't ready, and pick-up was delayed several more days. Additionally, their loaners couldn't fit our family of six, making the delays incredibly difficult. * Bad Warranty Advice: I was told our blower motor issue was a Honda warranty matter. Based on their advice, I paid Honda a $220 diagnostic fee, only to learn it wasn't covered. * Shoddy Workmanship & Post-Service Damage: When we finally got the van back, the rear chrome badges on the liftgate had been painted over (despite original listing photos showing them as chrome), and the repainted back panels had a terrible, rough "orange peel" texture that looks awful in the sun. Furthermore, the interior liftgate panels were not secured and fell off when opened, and my child found a vape pen left in the center console by a worker. Current Situation: Recently, a manager reached out to me to address my frustrations. He asked what he could do to make things right and requested that I take down my negative review. While I don't feel it is right to delete my honest experience, I absolutely want to give the dealership the opportunity to fix their mistakes and give credit where it is due. The manager has apologized and agreed to take the vehicle back to properly fix the paint and replace the chrome badges. I opted to have them mail me the panel clips so I could repair the interior panels, and they are also sending me a reimbursement check for the $220 Honda diagnostic fee. I appreciate that they are communicating well and trying their best to make this right after such a disappointing start. I am holding off on final judgment until the work is finished. I will post a final update and adjust my rating accordingly once the vehicle is returned to me and I can verify the quality of the repairs. I am hopeful.

I visited this dealership on approximately July 23, 2026 to sell my 2021 Mazda CX-5. After a walkthrough and inspection by Jacob, I received a verbal quote of $21,000. I was happy with this number and fully intended to return within the month to finalize the sale. Over the following month, Lonnie stayed in regular contact with me — following up consistently, which gave me the impression this dealership was serious and trustworthy. Because of that ongoing relationship, I did not pursue offers from other dealerships. I came back today, August 20, 2026, in good faith to close the deal. When I arrived, the quote had dropped to $16,500 — a $4,500 reduction on the same car with only 1,000 additional miles. The reason given was hail damage they claimed to have missed during the original inspection. I am certain the hail damage was present and visible at the time of the first visit and was simply overlooked during Jacob's inspection. When I raised this concern, the manager became loud and aggressive — behavior I found completely unprofessional for a dealership of this caliber. I was being financially penalized for their own inspection error. After significant back and forth I settled at $18,500. What makes this even more frustrating: within minutes of signing the paperwork, I received a text from Mazda Central offering me $19,000 for the same car. I showed this to Lonnie directly. The offer was right there in black and white — $500 more than what I had just signed for moments earlier. I want to be clear: I understand depreciation and market shifts are real. What I cannot accept is being quoted $21,000 after an incomplete inspection, being followed up with for an entire month in a way that discouraged me from seeking competing offers, and then being asked to absorb the full financial cost of that mistake. The timing of the Mazda Central offer made the whole experience feel even worse. To anyone selling their vehicle here — get every quote in writing before you leave the lot, and always get competing offers regardless of how attentive the follow-up is. A verbal quote based on an incomplete inspection is worthless. Jacob conducted the inspection. Lonnie was my point of contact throughout. Both should understand that this experience cost me thousands of dollars through no fault of my own.

Mercedes did a fantastic job! Jake was professional, dressed well and was as able to articulate himself very well. He worked with me to come to an agreement buying my vehicle and stuck to his word about beating the competition! Once we reached an agreement, we finished up the deal in less than 15 minutes! Way better than the hour and a half long wait I had at another dealership. Their facility is also extraordinary, boasting complementary coffee and drinks, a clean show room and a bathroom you could practically eat off of!. Each member of the team sported a smile and service oriented attitude, that provided a welcoming atmosphere!. My only critique, is they did a test drive of my vehicle, before purchasing. Which is understandable. However, it would be nice to be informed before you drive a clients vehicle off the lot. Other than that my experience was phenomenal and consistent with the high quality Mercedes Benz aims to provide to their clients and guests.

Jake was amazing and made the process of selling our car amazingly simple and quick! I’d highly recommend and would not hesitate doing it again.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience leasing my new Mercedes-Benz, and I can’t say enough great things about Emmanuel, my Sales Consultant, and Patrick, the Finance Manager. They made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel completely seamless from start to finish. Emmanuel was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. He made sure I understood everything, answered all of my questions, and genuinely made me feel like a valued customer. Patrick was equally fantastic and made the finance portion straightforward, efficient, and stress-free. I had such a great experience at this location. From the beginning, Cristina Huerta was amazing to work with. I came in looking for a specific vehicle, and although they didn’t have exactly what I wanted at the dealership, Cristina took the time to explain all of my options and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Heath, the manager, who was so kind and helpful. Once my vehicle arrived and it was time to go through financing. Nicholas made the process just as great. We were given several options and everything was explained clearly. Overall, the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable from beginning to end.

I always get good service; fast and reliable. Eddie has been my service contact for years-he’s great!

CJ Hodgson and Elihu Moreno take such good care of me whenever I have to visit the dealership on behalf of my client who has 2 G550 wagons. Yesterday they came to my rescue when we had a flat tire in the driveway. Came and picked up the car with Mercedes-Benz roadside, took it to the dealer, changed both back tires and then delivered it back to the house without me having to lift a finger. The Customer Service I get at this dealer in particular is top-notch and I would love to thank everyone who helps take care of me & my clients. Especially these two gentlemen. Excellent and personalized service every single time. While I'm here, I might as well shout out my girl, Bobbie Pyka in the loaner department. She is always there to help me when I'm in a bind and need a car. Everyone at this dealership is dedicated to professional service and care of their clients.

The entire team here is great but Luis Cuellar is always a STAR. I stopped by without an appointment because my tire pressure was low - he fit me in and had my car fixed on warranty and cleaned in two hours! Luis and the team always saves the day. Thank you!
