I believe this store will eventually be a better location and I have heard rumors that there is a major expansion under way. For now, unfortunately, service is slow and response times are pretty bad. I decided to go ahead and try out Mercedes-Benz of South Austin and have been blown away by the experience I came to expect from a Mercedes-Benz showroom and service facility.
The service dept - including Jesse & Eddie & Caleb in particular - are just top-notch. Super friendly, helpful communicative. I've had my EQS 580 SUV in twice and both experiences were super easy, reliable and efficient (including Kailee & arranging the loaner). High high recommend to servicing your MBZ here.
Mike was phenomenal. We had a great customer service experience from beginning to end. Even though the vehicle we went to see wasn't the right fit for us, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from here in the future.
I brought my car in for 20k mike check up. They also found where I had bent a wheel 😩😳during their inspection. I was grateful especially for Iselda Valencia prompt and courteous communication during the process. I was impressed by her knowledge of my vehicle and the arrangements she made to repair rather than replace the expensive wheel. She arranged for a loaner same size as my vehicle to help me finish my work for a couple of days. It was a great experience.
