I recently bought a used Nissan Sentra and my experience at Mercedes of Austin was great! My sales person was Juan Reyes, he was very professional and answered every question I had even after I bought the car when I would text him with follow up questions and concerns (which he solved immediately and answered in a timely manner). The whole process took around 2 hours and when going through finance, Heath was very thorough and patient with me. Overall very happy and will recommend to all my friends and family!

Buying a car here sucks now. My last few sales experiences here were awful, I still need to buy an AWD car and I definitely won’t be doing it here. For this service, I had Mr. CJ Hodgson for my service advisory. Affable and efficient, CJ was able to change a tire at issue and complete the service in the midst of Labor Day weekend. Just two days after I dropped it off when I really needed my car. CJ really turned water into wine for me. He essentially parted the Red Sea-for me. And I will always appreciate that and this location.

Exceptional service on my GLC300 - fast, friendly, and good coffee. I had the check engine light go on and I got an appointment within a couple of day with a nice new loaner. It was just a fault code fixed by a reset and a software update. My service advisor Jorge was the best. Thanks Jorge.

Excellent service. One morning I noticed that my right rear tire had developed a couple of side wall bulges. Since I was concerned about driving safely with them, I called MB of Austin. I was immediately put through to Luis Cuellar who confirmed that had the tire I needed and was able to schedule me at 2:00 pm that day. I got to MB of Austin and the work went seamlessly. The waiting room was spotless and comfortable. It was totally satisfactory experience!

The person that was helping me was so pleasant and smiley, I thought he was on drugs. It was almost bizarre and eerie. I have no complaints though. They also have free coffee, little snacks, and they clean and vacuum your floor before returning your car 🙂
Amazing service. I used to use the Georgetown location and was night and day experience. Austin location was friendly, attentive, amazing attention to detail and quick service. It’s a 30 min drive instead of 10 min to Georgetown for me but I’d drive an hour for the amazing service they provide. Couldn’t be happier. Iselda was my point of contact and she was great!
