This is not my usual dealer, so I have something to compare directly to MBOA. I was really happy with the service team, and particularly my Advisor, Chase Clark, super nice guy.

My first time getting my car serviced here and it went well. Kevin Gutierrez was my Service Consultant and he was knowledgeable, polite and efficient. There was a small issue with my loaner car but the Service Department made it right. My car is running like new again.

Hands down the best and easiest car-buying experience I’ve ever had! I’ve bought cars from other dealerships before, but Mercedes-Benz of Austin is on another level. My sales consultant, Mike Bartz, was incredibly professional, respectful, and absolutely zero pressure. Unlike other places, there was no pushing or games—he just answered all my questions, paid attention to every detail, and was there exactly when I needed him. Kevin G. is fantastic! Brought my 02 Benz in for non functioning AC. I had the system leak tested independently under my mildly experienced supervision. Leaks were seen at the Condenser, High side valve and the compressor. The compressor was under warranty, so I swapped the condenser myself and brought it to MBoA. I really appreciate that level of service, and will gladly return for my regular maintenance as well as incidental repairs when necessary.
